THEFLOWER IS SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR 
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR 
IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS 
OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

LICENSE AUTHORIZATION

This license authorizes for use of the TheFlower Software.

In consideration of your payment of the license fee and your agreement to abide 
by the terms of this agreement, Leonetta Productions agrees to grant AND you 
agree to accept on the following terms and conditions, a personal 
non-transferable and non-exclusive limited license to use the Licensed software 
and online help manual. You assume the responsibility for the selection of the 
program  to achieve your intended results, and for the installation, use and 
results obtained.

LICENSE AUTHORIZATION

Each license authorizes for use of the Seat It Pro. Software on ONE computer. 

TRANSFER RESTRICTIONS

This Software is licensed only to person or company that purchases the original 
license and may not be transferred. Should you ever discarded the original 
computer or change the motherboard or CPU, you are permitted to use the same 
license codes on the new or upgraded computer.  This is providing that the 
software was fully un-installed from the old computer. Leonetta Productions 
reserves the right to auto-detect and expire un-authorized license codes on 
offending computers.

OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE

Title to the Software will at all times remain with Leonetta Productions. You 
may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the 
Software.

COPY RESTRICTIONS

This software and the accompanying written materials are copyrights. 
Unauthorized copying of the Software or written materials is expressly 
forbidden.  You will be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement 
which is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this 
agreement.

USE RESTRICTIONS

The Licensee is obtaining limited rights to use the TheFlower software. You may 
not adopt, translate, or create derivative works based on the written materials 
without prior written consent of Leonetta Productions.

TERM OF LICENSE

This License is effective until terminated. If the license is ever terminated, 
you must destroy the Software, the written materials, and all copies. You may 
terminate the license at any time by destroying the Software, the written 
materials, and all copies.

UPDATE POLICY

Leonetta Productions may create, from time to time, updated versions of the 
Software.  Leonetta Productions will make such updates available to all users.
